OISHI OISHI was founded with the goal of creating special moments and offering customers a sweet experience that will keep them coming back for more, bite after bite, and visit after visit.

How We Do It
Each OISHI OISHI soufflé pancake starts with egg whites gently whipped to soft peaks. We use locally sourced milk and avoid artificial additives in our pancake mix to ensure a light and airy texture. The pancakes are then slowly cooked over low heat for up to 12 minutes, resulting in a dessert of the highest quality.

After months of perfecting recipes and refining each menu item, we ensure that our desserts are never too sweet and focus on using natural, wholesome ingredients. Each pancake is topped with a variety of fruits, toppings, and house-made sauces to create a delightful blend of flavors on every plate.
